Our story
From Padna, where olives have grown for centuries.
Our story begins in Padna, in the hinterland of Istria, where time seems to move more slowly between the hills and the Adriatic Sea. Here, among our olive trees—including trees that have been defying time for more than 300 years—my bond with the land has grown ever stronger. As a child, I learned alongside my father, among olive groves and tractors, that olive growing is not just a profession, but a way of life. Today, together with him and the rest of the family, I proudly continue our family tradition and transform this passion into everyday work. Over the years, we have expanded our olive groves and introduced new varieties, so that today we lovingly cultivate 4,000 olive trees across 12 hectares of land, with knowledge and respect for nature. Every harvest is a precious moment: the olives are processed on the same day they are picked in order to preserve their freshness and authenticity. Since 2014, we have transitioned to organic production, allowing us to offer extra virgin olive oil produced in full respect for nature, our olive trees, and all those who place it on their table every day.
